Scotty AI achieves ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Enterprise AI security, now independently verified

Scotty AI is now an ISO 27001 certified AI agent platform, the first step in our commitment to enterprise-grade security, independently verified.
Scotty AI, the AI agent platform powering enterprise operations for organisations including PostNL, Hunkemöller, and Vodafone Ziggo, today announced it has achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the internationally recognised gold standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
The certification was awarded following an independent third-party audit. It confirms that Scotty AI’s security practices, policies, and controls meet the most stringent international requirements for information security management. The 2022 edition of the standard is the latest and most comprehensive version, addressing modern threats including cloud security and cyber resilience.
As enterprises increasingly deploy AI workforces to handle sensitive operations, from high-volume hiring and candidate management to complex business process automation, robust data security has become a critical requirement for adoption. The ISO 27001:2022 certification directly addresses this, giving Scotty AI’s clients and prospects independently verified assurance that their data is protected at the highest level.
“For us, ISO 27001 isn’t a transformation — it’s a confirmation. We’ve built Scotty AI this way from the start, and we’ll keep building this way as the rules get sharper.”
— Reiner Bruns, CEO, Scotty AI
The certification covers the full scope of Scotty AI’s information security management system, including its AI agent platform, infrastructure, and operational processes. Combined with Scotty AI’s existing support for sovereign and on-premise deployment, the ISO 27001:2022 certification establishes a comprehensive security posture aligned with enterprise procurement requirements and GDPR obligations.
About the certification
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System. Certification requires an independent audit by an accredited certification body and is subject to ongoing surveillance audits.
